The International Board of Standards for
Training, Performance and Instruction (IBSTPI)
define instructional design as "systematic
instructional planning including needs
assessment, development, evaluation,
implementation and maintenance of materials and
programs." In designing instruction for different
interventions, I have tried my best to follow
those guidelines to ensure that the instruction
meets the learners' needs.
